I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. I maintain 3 sliding-scale slots at $75 per session for clients experiencing financial hardship. These spots are offered on a first-come first-served bases. Please ask about this during your consultation call. I am here to work with you!
At this time, I am an out-of-network provider with the exception of Lyra Health Benefits.
I understand that private-pay therapy is a financial investment, and I don’t take that lightly. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care without allowing insurance requirements to dictate the direction of our work.
I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You will submit the superbill directly to your insurance provider, who will review your benefits and determine whether your plan is eligible for reimbursement and, if so, the amount covered.
You may contact your insurance company directly and ask them the following questions to verify out-of-network benefits:
Do I have behavioral health/mental health benefits?
What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers?
How many sessions will my plan cover per year?
What is my out-of-network deductible?
Do I need pre-approval or a referral?

Therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. I meet each client where they are, taking into account their experiences, strengths, needs, and what feels most important to them. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach here. We’ll work together to identify goals and shape therapy around what feels meaningful and useful to you.
Therapy doesn’t have to mean sitting on a couch and talking, even for adults. Depending on what works for you, we might use creative activities, art, experiential exercises, or other hands-on ways of exploring what’s going on. Other days, we might talk the entire time. There’s room for reflection and hard conversations, but there’s also room for humor, creativity, curiosity, and moments that actually feel good.
With children, therapy might look a little different. Kids don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling. Sessions typically include play, art, games, creative activities, and hands-on exercises that give children opportunities to express themselves, build emotional awareness, practice new skills, and work through challenges in ways that feel natural to them.
-
Family therapy provides an opportunity for families to work together toward shared goals. Sessions may include caregivers, children, and siblings depending on the needs of the family. When children are learning new coping, communication, or emotional regulation skills, progress is often strongest when caregivers are actively involved and supported. Family therapy helps strengthen understanding, improve communication, and create consistent strategies that can be used at home. By working together, families can build healthier patterns of connection, support one another through challenges, and foster lasting positive change.
-
Parent sessions are a dedicated space for caregivers to check in, reflect, and receive guidance. These meetings allow us to review what strategies are working well, identify what may need adjusting, and problem-solve challenges together.

Collaborative care is an important part of the therapeutic process. With your consent, I work closely with other professionals (including psychiatrists, pediatricians, teachers, school counselors, and other providers) to ensure consistency and progress across settings.
Collaboration is also especially important when medication is part of treatment, as communication between the therapist and prescribing provider can help monitor effectiveness, side effects, and overall progress.

Telehealth services are available for adults (16+) only.
While virtual therapy can be highly effective for adults and teen, younger children benefit most from in-person sessions. Child therapy often incorporates play-based, movement-based, and hands-on interventions that are more engaging and developmentally appropriate in an office setting. Being physically present also allows for stronger connection, better attention, and more effective skill-building.
Telehealth clients must be residents of Virginia and physically located in Virginia at the time of each session.

I provide supervision with the goal of creating a space that feels supportive, collaborative, practical, and genuinely human. You can bring the messy cases. The moments where you left session wondering, What was I supposed to do with that? The documentation question you feel like you should already know the answer to. The client you feel stuck with. The intervention that completely flopped. The countertransference you weren’t expecting. That’s what supervision is for.
Individual Supervision Rate: $90 per session or $335 per month

How it Works
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or trying to figure out how to best support your child. You might not know exactly what you need, what’s underneath the behaviors, or even where to begin. That’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. We’ll start where you are, get curious together, and find the next steps as we go.
Step 1 - Reach Out
We’ll schedule a complimentary consultation call to talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and see if we might be a good fit.
Step 2 - Intake Session
We’ll spend our first session getting to know you (or your child), what’s bringing you in, and what you’d like support with. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll start where you are and build from there.
Step 3 - Wander Together
We’ll get curious, notice patterns, build practical tools, try new things, and adjust along the way. Progress isn’t always linear, and therapy doesn’t need to follow a perfect path. We’ll keep finding the next step together.
